Public Utilities Commission (SPRK), meanwhile, reports that the tariff project submitted by Jūrmalas ūdens LLC water company as justified.
It was announced in Latvian Herald on Monday, 28 November. SPRK permitted the company to start providing services in accordance with tariffs that are by one-third larger than existing ones starting with 1 January 2023. For water supply services the tariff will be 1.35 EUR/m3 (42% higher) and for sewer services it will be 2.41 EUR/m3 (28% higher).
