This Monday morning there was a road incident in Olaine that involved a minibus carrying 18 children. Two people were injured, including two children, as reported by Latvian State Police.
Police report that a call detailing a road accident in Olaile, Zemgales Street, was received at 07:50 am. A Mercedes-Benz minibus collided with a BMW there.
Three people from the minibus were injured in this incident. All of them were hospitalised with various injuries.
Emergency Medical Service (NMPD) reports the ambulance crew dispatched to the scene provided aid to three injured people, who were then safely delivered to a medical institution. Their condition is satisfactory.
Police have commenced an administrative procedure.
