Plane in Italy tragically crashes into building

In Italy, a private plane has crashed into a building in the city Milan, taking the lives of eight people, British public broadcaster BBC reports.
The crash took place on Sunday, October 3, when the aircraft bound for the island of Sardinia, came down after taking off from Milan’s Linate airport.
The pilot of the single-engine Pilatus PC-12 plane was Romanian billionaire Dan Petrescu, 68. The man died alongside his wife and their son, according to Italian media.

The tragic crash set an office block and several parked cars in Milan on fire, but no-one on the ground was injured. Italian authorities have opened an investigation into the cause of the crash, BBC reports.
