Lithuanian capital sees drunk man shooting gun on Monday

In the Lithuanian capital, a man has appeared in central Vilnius and discharged shots from a gun. The shots did not hurt anybody, Lithuanian media LRT and Lrytas.lt report.
The peculiar event took place before noon on Monday on the intersection of Kauno and Mindaugo streets. The police received a call at 11:42. The man has been identified and detained.

Vilnius County Police spokeswoman Julija Samorokovskaja noted to LRT.lt that the man, born in 1984, could have been under the influence of alcohol.
News portal Lrytas.lt reports that the man had 2.95 permille alcohol in his bloodstream and the police had trouble communicating with him. Fortunately, nobody was hurt during the incident.
