According to information from Nord Pool, this evening, 21 July, electricity prices in Latvia will reach their all-time peak.
Average price of electricity at Nord Pool’s price range in Latvia is 446.28 EUR/MWh today. Compared to previous days of this month, it is at its peak.
The price was the lowest today between 04:00 a.m. and 05:00 a.m., when it dropped to 152 EUR/MWh. The price of electricity in Latvia’s price zone is expected to reach its peak later today.
According to information from Nord Pool, the price will reach 2 100.8 EUR/MWh today between 18:00 p.m. and 19:00 p.m.
Similarly to Latvia, the price of electricity in Lithuania is also expected to reach a record-high level this evening. In Estonia’s price zone, the peak is expected between 20:00 p.m. and 21:00 p.m., when it will be at 516.94 EUR/MWh.
This Friday, 22 July, the price of electricity in Latvia’s price zone will be the highest in the evening between 21:00 p.m. and 22:00 p.m, when it is expected to reach 579.20 EUR/MWh.
