Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine wrote on Telegram that Russia’s war has killed at least 383 children, injured over 742 since 24 February, as reported by news media The Kyiv Independent.
The numbers are expected to be higher since they do not include casualties in the Russian–occupied territories or near the front line.
Meanwhile, Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba called on all states to launch Special Tribunal for the Crime of Aggression Against Ukraine after Russian President Vladimir Putin’s statement that Russia «consciously» chose to launch military actions against Ukraine.
Putin has just publicly confessed to the crime of aggression against Ukraine: “We did it consciously”. I once again call on all states: back the creation of the Special Tribunal for the Crime of Aggression Against Ukraine. The crime is in the plain sight. Justice must be served.
