Ex-US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton criticizes French President Emmanuel Macron for his call to «not humiliate Russia» while also supporting Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s position on recovering occupied territories, as reported by liga.net.
According to Clinton, the position to «not humiliate Russia» is outdated, considering that
«Putin crossed the line a long time ago,» as reported by Le Point.
Clinton believes Putin considers himself Peter the Great, who waged a long 20 years-long war against Sweden, Baltic States, Scandinavia and Northern countries.
She also says the time has not yet come for real talks between Russia and Ukraine. Clinton voiced support of Ukrainians, saying that she agrees with Zelenskyy’s and his government’s demand for Russia to leave its occupied territories in Ukraine entirely.
