According to the Latvian Environment, Geology and Meteorology Centre, no significant changes in weather conditions are expected during the first half of next week.

However, colder air from the north will move into Latvia around the middle of the week, causing temperatures to drop by several degrees.

Daytime temperatures will reach only +4°C to +9°C, while overnight temperatures may fall below 0°C in some areas, bringing the possibility of frost.

Westerly and northerly winds will dominate, with gusty conditions expected along the coast around the middle of the week.
