With atmospheric pressure on a rise, the weekend in Latvia is expected to be sunny and warm. Fog may appear at night. Next week weather will remain warm, but there will be moments of rain as well, as reported by Latvian State Environment, Geology and Meteorology Centre.
On the weekend weather will be dry and sunny with moments of cloudy weather. On the night to Saturday there is a possibility of fog appearing in western areas of the country. Northern wind will be slow to moderate during the day and at night. It will become gradually warmer on weekend. At night air temperature will not drop below +4 C… +9 C.
Daytime air temperature in most of Latvia will reach +16 C… +22 C.
Next week there will be moments of rain, but generally weather will be more or less similar to the weekend. The wind will be slow and air temperature at night will stay at +8 C… +13. Daytime air temperature will vary between +17 C and +23 C. It may be a couple of degrees colder along the coast.
With weather remaining dry, there is a risk of fires. Residents are urged to be responsible and careful when enjoying nature. Meteorologists also warn that the UV index will be moderately high to high during in the middle of the day, which is why it is not recommended to spend too much time under direct sunlight.
