Following a video recorded by residents showing a group of migrants praying on a pedestrian sidewalk in the Pļavnieki district, Riga Vice Mayor Edvards Ratnieks has referred the case to the State Security Service (VDD) for review. Meanwhile, Riga Municipal Police arrived at the scene and have already initiated administrative violation proceedings.
Ratnieks stated that the incident once again highlights the consequences of current immigration policies and the need not for further discussions, evaluations, or studies, but for immediate action to “close the floodgates of immigration.”
He emphasized that such decisions can only be made at the national level — by the responsible ministry, the government, and the Saeima — through the adoption of stricter immigration regulations.
Ratnieks also stressed that as long as the National Alliance remains part of Riga City Council leadership, mosques will not be built in Riga.
“Apsveicu” visus pro un jv “iekļaujošās”, “neviens nav nelegāls”, “pacelsim Latvijas ekonomiku un demogrāfiju” politikas fanus!
Pie mums arī ir sācies iznīcības ceļš!
Pateikt, ka esmu dusmīga, ir nepateikt neko!
