Ukraine describes Russia’s retreat as chaotic

Russia announced that its army has completely left Kherson, and local officials said that Ukrainian partisans raised Ukraine’s flag in the city. At the same time a large number of Russians are stranded, reports Reuters.
At the moment there is no exact information about Ukraine’s movements, Russia’s retreat, or the fate of the soldiers, left behind in hectic maneuvers. There is information about troops that have drowned in the Dnieper while trying to leave Kherson. Meanwhile, Moscow informs that they moved all the equipment, arms, and even every single soldier. Russia also says that there were five times when Ukraine struck their forces.
Reuters reached Blahodatne, 20 km north of Kherson. There were no Russians in the village, but locals told the news agency that for eight months there had been around 100 Russian troops, and reported crimes, such as looting, at least one murder, and a few kidnappings.
Previously it was reported that for Russia it would take at least a week to completely leave Kherson, but now, only two days after the initial announcement, Russians claim that have left the city.
