evacuation has been announced in two cities and 35 villages, and residents are invited to take care of their safety

and that of their loved ones. Civilians will be moved to safer places elsewhere in Ukraine.
Anna Koresha, a resident of Kivsharik, told the AFP news agency that she is going to leave the village with her children, but her husband will stay to take care of his elderly mother. She said that it is hard to leave part of the family, but it is necessary to get the children to safety.
The Russian Defense Ministry has reported that its attack units have moved forward in the direction of Kupiansk.

The city has seen heavy fighting since the beginning of the war, as it is an important regional transport and logistics point. After the beginning of the invasion, the Russian army occupied the city within a few days, but in September the Ukrainians managed to liberate it.
On the 10th of August, one person died when the Russians attacked the civil infrastructure in Zaporizhzhia, and another nine people were injured.
