On Thursday, the 2nd of May, weather will be sunny and dry with few clouds in the sky. Wind speed will be slow, and air temperature will reach +18° C… +23° C. Only along the coast in Kurzeme air temperature will stay at +10° C… +15° C, as reported by Latvian Environment, Geology and Meteorology Centre.
At the end of the week, high atmospheric pressure will remain above Latvia’s territory. This means weather conditions will be calm and fair. The first days of May will be dry and sunny. Rain is expected on Sunday, the 5th of May.
Wind speed will remain slow. Air temperature at night in most of the country will drop to +4° C… +9° C, whereas daytime air temperature will reach +17° C… +22° C in most of the country.
Meteorologist say that weather next week will be similar to this week. Nevertheless, air temperature at night may come close to 0° C. Daytime air temperature will be slightly colder.
