The holding company “Sabiedrība privātajiem ieguldījumiem” LLC owned by ex-Prime Minister of Latvia Andris Šķēle has increased its capital to EUR 79 166 200, according to information from Firmas.lv.
No changes among members of “Sabiedrības privātajiem ieguldījumiem” were enacted after the increase of the company’s capital. 30% of the company’s capital is still owned by Kristiāna Lībane-Šķēle, Anete Šķēle-Pētersone and Madara Šķēle-Dupate still own 25% each, and Iveta Smilga-Krongorne and Edgars Šķenderis still own 10% each.
The rules for increasing the share capital state that the share capital of the “Sabiedrības privātajiem ieguldījumiem” has been increased for the company’s members by making a material contribution.
Lībane-Šķēle’s claim rights against the company are invested in the share capital, which, according to the opinion of “Biznesa konsultantu grupa” LLC on the property investment, is valued at EUR 22 571 718, Šķēle-Pētersone’s claim rights against the company, valued at EUR 18 809 765, Šķēle-Dupate’s claim rights against the company are valued at EUR 18 809 765, Smilga-Krongorne’s claim rights against the company is valued at EUR 7 523 906, and Šķender’s claim rights against the company, which, according to the opinion of the “Biznesa konsultantu grupa” on the property investment, are valued at EUR 7 523 906.
Changes to the capital of “Sabiedrība privātajiem ieguldījumiem” were registered with the Register of Enterprises on the 20th of December.
The company’s previous capital amount was EUR 3 927 140. The nominal value of a single share is EUR 1.
Last year, the “Sabiedrība privātajiem ieguldījumiem” group operated with a turnover of EUR 22.444 million, which is 12.9% less than in 2022, but the group’s profits increased by 43.3%, reaching EUR 3.989 million.
The company “Sabiedrība privātajiem ieguldījumiem” is fully owned by “Privāto aktīvu pārvalde” LLC, which, among other things, establishes separate subsidiaries with the name “Inpo” for investments.
“Sabiedrības privātajiem ieguldījumiem” was registered in June 2007.
