On Wednesday, clouds will bring light rain. Winds will be moderately strong, becoming gusty along the coast already during the night, while during the day inland gusts will reach 15–17 m/s. Night-time temperatures will range from +3°C to +6°C, and the day will be relatively warm, with air temperatures rising to +10°C to +14°C, according to the Latvian Environment, Geology and Meteorology Centre.
On Thursday, a precipitation zone will move across Latvia from the west — light rain is expected in western and central regions during the night and in eastern areas during the day. In the first half of the night, gusty south to southwest winds will persist in central and eastern regions, while during the day coastal gusts may reach up to 15 m/s. Night-time temperatures will drop to +1°C to +6°C,
while daytime highs will range between +6°C and +11°C.
On Friday, light rain is still expected in eastern regions during the first half of the night, but during the day and into the second half of the week, conditions will become drier with more frequent sunshine. As skies clear, night-time temperatures will fall by a few degrees, in some places dropping below 0°C, while daytime temperatures will remain within similar ranges as earlier in the week.
