The Road Traffic Safety Directorate (CSDD) has developed its hotline 67025777 by implementing caller identification.
“For telephone conversations this solution helps determine the caller’s situation and provide explanations using information from the Vehicles and Drivers National Register,” CSDD explains.
From the 1st of January 2024 onward the maintenance of CSDD 67025777 hotline will be organised using specialists only from the company. This way clients will be provided with full support and service experience. This novelty also brings with it changes to the way calls are processed – information will be provided to clients in Latvia on weekdays 8:30-17:00.
Compiled data indicates that support via phone calls is usually needed by clients the most during work hours. In all other cases residents can look up important information on the CSDD website.
