A total of 469 new Covid-19 infection cases were found in Latvia in the last 24 hours. 387 of the patients were either not vaccinated or have not yet completed their vaccination course. 82 new patients were vaccinated, however.
The latest public data for Estonia reports 142 365 confirmed coronavirus patients. 408 new patients were registered in the past day.
1 293 people have died from the virus in Estonia so far.
The latest data from Lithuania reports 299 532 confirmed coronavirus cases with an increase 695 new cases in the past day.
The number of deaths caused by coronavirus complications has reached 4 569 in Lithuania.
54 975 Covid-19 tests were performed in Latvia in the last 24 hours, according to data from the Disease Prevention and Monitoring Centre (SPKC), which means the percentage of positive tests in 0.9%. So far 2 579 people have died from Covid-19 in Latvia and 137 608 have recovered.
SPKC reports that the 14-day cumulative infection index per 100 000 residents is 137.4.

Data from the European Disease and Monitoring Centre shows that Latvia currently has one of the lowest infection indexes in Europe.
