14 510 Covid-19 tests were performed in Latvia in the last 24 hours, according to data from the Disease Prevention and Monitoring Centre (SPKC), which means the percentage of positive tests in 27.2%. A total of 4 799 Covid-19 patients have died in Latvia so far and four have died from Covid-19 in the last 24 hours. Three of them were not vaccinated and one was.
SPKC reports that the 14-day cumulative infection index per 100 000 residents is 2 682.1.
