Delfi and TV3 withdraw lies previously reported about Swiss TELF AG

Like TV3 programme Nekā personīgi, the Russian editorial office of Delfi.lv have corrected their articles and have withdrawn the false information that was reported about Swiss company TELF AG earlier in January.
TELF AG insisted on the various media admitting their mistakes and withdrawing the defamatory information. The company operates globally, providing services to clients and various solutions to manufacturers of goods in more than 50 countries.
TELF AG insists

IT DOES NOT SELL RESOURCES ACQUIRED IN RUSSIA AND DOES NOT SELL RESOURCES TO RUSSIA,

which is what the misleading information reported by Nekā personīga had suggested. By unprofessionally trusting claims from resources that spread false information, authors of the programme and investigative journalism centre Re:Baltica contributed to the spread of fake news about the possible involvement of this company in the circumvention of sanctions imposed on the aggressor state.
BNN previously reported that the Swiss-based international goods and resource trade company TELF AG has reached an agreement on investments for Ventspils Freeport company Baltic Coal Terminal. Investments will be implemented together with strategic partners from Kazakhstan. A binding cooperation contract has been signed and an in-depth company evaluation has commenced. It is planned to complete the investment deal in Q1 2023. The potential price of this deal remains a secret.
