Changeable autumn weather to continue – rain, fog, and winds up to 18 m/s expected

On Wednesday, the weather will be mostly cloudy, with occasional clear spells. Rain clouds will appear in many parts of the country, bringing light, intermittent showers. A light to moderate southerly wind will blow.

During the night and early morning, fog will form in some areas, reducing visibility. Nighttime temperatures will drop to +4…+8°C, while daytime air temperatures will rise to +6…+11°C.

On Thursday, skies will remain mostly cloudy, with rain expected across nearly the entire country. From midday, a large area of precipitation will move in from the west, bringing prolonged rainfall. Fog will again form overnight and in the morning in some regions, reducing visibility. A light to moderate southerly wind will blow, turning to southwesterly and westerly in the evening along the coast, where gusts will reach 15–17 m/s.

The lowest temperatures at night will be +5…+8°C, and during the day, +7…+11°C.

Friday will also be mostly cloudy. Rain is expected overnight and in the morning, while in the afternoon, rain clouds will appear only in some areas. In the evening, a light to moderate southerly wind will persist, gradually shifting overnight to westerly and northwesterly. In the western and central regions, winds will strengthen and become gusty, reaching 15–18 m/s. Air temperatures will remain around +6…+10°C both day and night.

During the weekend, daytime temperatures will range from +7…+11°C, and nighttime temperatures will stay similar to midweek values. On Saturday, rain will subside in most areas, but on Sunday, precipitation will return to a wider part of the country. The beginning of next week will start under the influence of a cyclone, bringing rainy weather, though conditions are expected to become drier later in the week. Coastal areas will remain windy.
