On Wednesday, the sun will alternate with clouds, bringing short rain showers across much of Latvia, and thunder may be heard in places.
At night, southerly to south-westerly winds along the coast may gust up to 20 m/s near the open sea, while gusts of 15–18 m/s are expected elsewhere both day and night.

On Thursday, rainy weather will continue across most of the country, with heavy downpours and thunderstorms in the north-western regions. On Friday, skies will be mostly cloudy, and rain is expected in many areas.
A light to moderate south-westerly to westerly wind will blow, with gusts up to 15–17 m/s during the day. Air temperatures at night: +11…+15 °C (slightly warmer along the coast) and at day: +17…+20 °C
Towards the weekend and early next week, occasional rain is expected in parts of Latvia and winds will strengthen on some days. Night temperatures will remain above +11 °C, while daytime temperatures could slightly exceed +20 °C in some places.
