On Friday, 26 August, weather is expected to be cloudy. During the day clouds will bring some rain. No precipitation is expected in most of Latvia’s territory. Daytime air temperature will stay at +25° C… +28° C (+30° C in southern areas). Air temperature along the coast will stay within +22° C… +24° C.
On the weekend the sky will be partially cloudy. Some local showers are expected on Saturday.
On Saturday fog may form in morning hours in some areas around Latvia. The wind will be slow and will blow from the east. At night air temperature will drop to +13° C… +19° C.
On Saturday maximum air temperature in Latvia is expected to be at +27° C… +32° C. It may be a couple of degrees colder along the coast in Kurzeme.
According to forecasts, weather will start getting colder and more humid in Latvia next week. Air temperature will reach +23° C… +28° C on Monday. In the evening the wind will blow from the north. On the night to Tuesday a wide precipitation zone will pass through Latvia. There is also a possibility of a thunderstorm.
