Latvia donates more than one million anti-Covid vaccines to third countries

As of 31 May Latvia has donated more than one million doses of anti-Covid vaccines to third countries, as reported by the National Health Service.
The biggest number of vaccines was for Vaxzevria – 452 400 doses.
Of this amount Latvia has donated 64 200 doses to Tunisia, 115 00 to Egypt, 80 000 to Benin, 55 200 to Kenya, 30 000 to Moldova, 30 000 to Albania, 30 000 to Vietnam. 48 000 vaccine doses were donated to COVAX mechanism.
Latvia has also donated 83 070 doses of Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine Comirnaty to Georgia, 5 000 doses of Nuvaxivid to the University of Oxford, as well as 492 000 doses of Janssen vaccine to COVAX mechanism.
