Kudin explained that the Ukrainian Economy Ministry calculates the losses inflicted on Ukraine by Russian troops under two approaches: direct one-time losses – as to how much will the destroyed facilities cost – and the amount of GDP losses due to the actions of the Russian army.
The deputy minister also said that the government in Kyiv was currently preparing lawsuits to be filed at international courts to force Russia to compensate for these losses. It is now very important to gather as much evidence as possible about the damages caused by the Russian army, Ukrinform reports.
