A total of 11 599 new Covid-19 infection cases were found in Latvia in the last 24 hours. Nine people have died, of which four were unvaccinated or hadn’t completed their vaccination course and five were vaccinated.
6 584 new cases were found in Estonia the last 24 hours. 270 Covid-19 patients are undergoing treatment in hospitals.

The number of deaths caused by the coronavirus in Lithuania exceeds eight thousand people.
26 506 Covid-19 tests were performed in Latvia in the last 24 hours, according to data from the Disease Prevention and Monitoring Centre (SPKC), which means the percentage of positive tests in 43.8%.
SPKC reports that the 14-day cumulative infection index per 100 000 residents is 6 576.5.
