Monday will be sunny, although clouds will occasionally cover the sky, and no precipitation is expected, according to the Latvian Environment, Geology and Meteorology Centre.
On Tuesday and Wednesday, cloud cover will increase, with isolated rain clouds bringing light rain in some areas.
With light winds prevailing, fog will form overnight and in the mornings, reducing visibility. In most of the country, overnight temperatures will fall to +6°C to +11°C, although temperatures will vary depending on cloud cover.
During the night into Monday, as skies become clearer, temperatures in eastern regions will fall as low as +3°C to +6°C. In contrast, during the night into Wednesday,
cloud cover will keep minimum temperatures at +11°C to +15°C.
Daytime temperatures will reach +14°C to +19°C.
At the beginning of October, weather conditions will remain calm, with light winds and no significant precipitation expected. Daytime temperatures will still rise a few degrees above +15°C, but the progression of autumn will increasingly make itself felt, with temperatures gradually declining and nights becoming progressively cooler.
