On Tuesday and Wednesday, predominantly cloudy conditions will persist. However, on Wednesday skies will gradually begin clearing from the west as the day progresses.
The Latvian Environment, Geology and Meteorology Centre notes that rain is expected across much of the country. On Tuesday afternoon, rainfall may be heavy in some areas, with thunderstorms and intense showers also possible.
