On Monday, the sky will be cloudy, with clearer intervals during the day in parts of Kurzeme. Some rain is expected, mainly in the east, according to the Latvian Environment, Geology and Meteorology Centre.
In some places at night, fog will form, and during daylight hours in the eastern part of the country, haze will persist, reducing visibility! A slow to moderate southerly wind will prevail, with gusts along the coast reaching 14 m/s during the day. Overnight temperatures will drop to -1…+2°C, and during the day temperatures will rise to +1…+5°C, reaching +6…+8°C along the coast.
On Tuesday and Wednesday,
the sky will be mostly cloudy, but no significant precipitation is expected.
The wind will remain slow to moderate from the south, and fog will form in many places across Latvia on both days. Both daytime and nighttime temperatures will remain between -1…+4°C.
In the second half of the week, no major changes in weather conditions are expected — precipitation will be scarce, and a slow to moderate southeast or east wind will dominate. Minimum and maximum temperatures throughout the day will stay similar, within -1…+5°C.
