On Monday, skies will be mostly cloudy with intermittent rain; in some areas, heavy downpours and thunderstorms are expected, according to the Latvian Environment, Geology and Meteorology Centre.
Air temperatures will range between +12°C and +16°C both at night and during the day.
On Tuesday, the weather will remain mostly cloudy, with occasional sunshine. Rain is expected in many areas overnight, with heavy rain likely in parts of Vidzeme. During the day, precipitation will gradually decrease. A moderate to moderately strong southwesterly to westerly wind will blow, with gusts reaching 15–19 m/s, and up to 20–22 m/s along parts of the Gulf of Riga coast.
Nighttime temperatures will drop to +9°C to +12°C, while daytime temperatures will rise to +13°C to +17°C.
Wednesday will bring similar conditions — most of the country will see overcast skies as a precipitation zone continues to move across the territory. Winds will be light, and temperatures will remain similar to the previous days.
According to the Latvian Environment, Geology and Meteorology Centre, in the second half of the week, the sun will alternate with clouds, and precipitation will significantly decrease — only a few eastern regions may see some rain. Winds will remain light, and summery warmth will return, with daytime temperatures in some areas climbing to around +24°C.
