Its organisers include animal shelter Labās mājas, Citadele bank and coffee company Smart Coffee, as well as organisers of the market itself – My Expo. The goal of this charity event is gathering donations using Citadele Phone Pos mobile app. It is an app that allows for accepting contact-free payments using cards or other payment devices in Android phones or tablet PC. The people who donate money to the animal shelter will be served a hot cup of fine coffee.
The Christmas market will work under green regime – all visitors will be required to present valid Covid-19 vaccination certificates at the entrance.
There will be no Christmas market at Dome Square this year.
