The number of deaths caused by coronavirus complications has reached 5 800 in Lithuania.
29 633 Covid-19 tests were performed in Latvia in the last 24 hours, according to data from the Disease Prevention and Monitoring Centre (SPKC), which means the percentage of positive tests in 9.3%. 3 198 people have died from Covid-19 in Latvia so far and 25 in the last 24 hours. 175 441 have recovered.
SPKC reports that the 14-day cumulative infection index per 100 000 residents is 1 796.9.
